Braich Goch Bunkhouse and Inn
The Braich Goch Bunkhouse is adapted to cater for all outdoor activity enthusiasts and is the perfect base for walking, canoeing, mountain biking, climbing, cycling breaks and much more.
We have a public bar (we do not serve food in the bar) which is open to the public on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The bar area lends itself nicely to large group social evenings including Stag, Hen and Wedding parties. Patrons are reminded that only alcoholic drinks bought in the Braich Goch can be consumed in the Braich Goch. Please see our Alcohol Policy here.
We even have a “Royal Room”, used by William Wales during his time with the RAF Mouintain Rescue Team and we’re within walking distance of the Dyfi East and West Stages of the Wales Rally GB.
Corris lies in the centre of some of the best mountain biking areas in the country with Nant Yr Arian to the South, Coed Y Brenin to the North, the Mach routes a short cycle ride away and on our doorstep the Climachx trails which are to be found in the Dyfi Valley. In and around the village we have plenty to do and see including The Centre for Alternative Technology and the Corris Craft Centre and King Arthur’s Labyrinth.
The Braich Goch has also finally joined the 21st century and is now offering free WiFi.
